Garden of the Gods sits under Pike’s Peak in Colorado Springs. It’s a beautiful park with an abundance of walking paths. While using one of those paths, I glimpsed the sun rising just between the prongs of a rock formation, and I had to take a picture. I used nine exposures one stop apart.
The scene wound up looking like a power up in a video game.
