Here’s another shot from the hoary New Year’s Eve I ventured out to photograph the Capitol Christmas Tree. In the frozen Capitol Reflecting Pool beneath a gorgeous sunset, I found a brilliant and scintillating photographic experience unlike any other I’d had in Washington, DC.
